NXOLab is created for our own needs

We encounter various uncomfortable problems in our lives.

Can we solve this problem? I wish there was a product like this..

When we realize that there is no satisfactory means to solve a problem, we, as engineers, use science and technology to research and find a solution. We created NXOLab because we wanted to share these solutions with others who have experienced the same frustrations.

All NXOLab products are driven by our own needs as both producers and consumers, so we know how you feel.

We manufacture our products ourselves

We are still a small company, so we don’t have a large automated factory, but if we wanted to, we could outsource production to a large factory. There are a lot of companies that do that nowadays because the industry is well-divided. Especially when it comes to outsourcing to places like China to keep costs down.

However, all our products only produce a limited amount through our own production process.

Because in a mass outsourced factory, we don’t know what was made in the previous process. Of course, they clean it afterwards, but it’s kind of creepy to us. I don’t know if we’re paranoid about quality, but we don’t want to mix in any other ingredients, so we make our own.

Or, to put it a little fancier, we make it ourselves with an artisanal soul. We use only the highest quality ingredients, mixing and processing them by hand. If an ingredient requires specialized equipment and cannot be processed in-house, it is processed by an external specialized factory, but the final production, inspection, and packaging of the finished product is done by hand so that we can be responsible for the quality until the end.

We want to be a small but long-lasting brand

We don’t manufacture a lot at once to lower the cost, and we make small batches to ensure that our products are as fresh as possible.  When we don’t have access to the best ingredients, we sometimes have to stop selling.

We don’t want to get caught up in the momentary success of the company and overextend ourselves and compromise on quality to maintain it.

We don’t want to try to satisfy everyone, we want to make quality products that last for a long time and satisfy the few customers who understand our brand philosophy.
