Shipping Policy
We manufacture our products ourselves and sell them directly to customers worldwide through our own website, so you may not be able to purchase them in your country. We don’t deal with Amazon, Wall-mart, Aldi etc..
Sales and profits will increase if we outsource manufacturing or distribution to a 3rd party. But it would also compromise our brand value of always providing only the best products to our customers due to handling, storage, and shipping problems.
That’s why we choose to ship our freshly made products directly from our headquarters in South Korea (The home of Samsung, LG) to our customers via expedited international shipping, even if it costs a little more.
We cover a large portion of the shipping costs, so you’ll pay a similar fee as you would for local delivery, pluswe offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Estimated delivery time may be delayed by a few days due to holidays, natural disasters, and carrier conditions.
We provide tracking numbers for all shipping.
Import duties may be charged in some countries and we cannot predict the amount. Please get in touch with the customs office for more information.
